UI & UX Designer Job Vacancy

Description

As a UI & UX Designer at Yurik Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Analysis:
   - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
   - Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.

2.Wireframing & Prototyping:
   - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
   - Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback.

3. Visual Design:
   - Design and implement visually compelling and cohesive UI designs that align with brand guidelines.
   - Ensure consistency in visual elements and user experience across all platforms.

4. Interaction Design:
   - Design user interactions and animations that enhance the user experience.
   - Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of interactive elements.

5. Usability Testing:
   - Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback.
   - Iterate on designs based on usability test results and user feedback.

6. Collaboration:
   - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
   - Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

7. Stay Updated:
   - Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
   - Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI & UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
