Candiates Recruiter

Description

Yurik Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team at Vadavalli, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various organizational roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions to reflect the company's needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve our hiring process continuously.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
